Anti-scam policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Anti-Scam Policy (the “Policy”) sets out mandatory rules of conduct for all Users of the Website and describes the measures implemented to reduce the risk of fraud, abuse, unlawful use of personal data, and other conduct that may harm Users or the reputation of the Website. This Policy forms part of the Website Policies and must be read together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

1.2. By accessing or using the Website, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Policy in addition to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Lack of knowledge of this Policy does not exempt any User from responsibility for violations.

1.3. This Policy applies to all Users, without exception. It governs, among other things: (a) prohibitions on requesting or sending money and financial information; (b) restrictions regarding off-site communication and the use of external messengers; (c) the role of Local Partner Agencies and verification procedures; and (d) the reporting and handling of suspected scam or abuse.

1.4. The Website reserves the right, but does not assume any obligation, to monitor, review, and analyze User activity and communications on the Website to identify and prevent potential violations of this Policy, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law. Any such monitoring may, where appropriate, be carried out by the Company’s internal Verification Department in cooperation with other relevant units of the Company and, where necessary, Local Partner Agencies. Any monitoring is carried out at the Website’s discretion and exclusively for the purpose of maintaining the integrity and safety of the Service. The absence of active monitoring shall not be interpreted as a waiver of rights by the Company and does not create any expectation that all violations or fraudulent behavior will be detected or prevented.

1.5. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the Privacy Policy with respect to the processing of Personal Data, the Privacy Policy shall prevail to the extent required by applicable law, while this Policy shall primarily govern Anti-Scam and safety-related matters.

2. Prohibition of money requests and financial information

2.1. Users are strictly prohibited from requesting, offering, or transferring money, financial assets, or any financial details to or from other Users, whether directly or through third parties. This prohibition includes, without limitation, bank accounts, card numbers, payment credentials, verification or one-time codes, cryptocurrency wallet details, online payment service identifiers (such as PayPal or similar), and any other information that may be used to conduct financial transactions.

2.2. The rule “Never send money and never share your financial information” is a mandatory requirement for all Users of the Website. It applies to all communications, irrespective of the degree of trust, length of correspondence, or nature of the relationship.

2.3. Users shall not ask for or offer money, financial support, loans, payment of bills, or any other material benefit under any pretext.

2.4. If any person requests a transfer of money, a loan, or disclosure of any banking, payment, or financial information, the User must immediately refuse and report the incident to Customer Service. Under no circumstances shall the User provide bank details, disclose full card information, share account numbers, send cryptocurrency or digital assets, or participate in any financial transaction based on such requests.

2.5. The Website is not a financial intermediary, does not participate in financial transfers between Users, and does not mediate or guarantee any such transfers. The Website shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or other consequences arising from Users’ voluntary transfer of funds or disclosure of financial information, whether such actions occur on or off the Website.

3. Interaction with Users and independent arrangements

3.1. The transfer of personal and contact details in correspondence on the Website is prohibited by the Terms of Use. Users may communicate outside the Website only after receiving an approved request for the contact information of the selected Female Member. Such information – including the Female Member’s full name and verified email address – may be provided exclusively upon her explicit consent given through the procedures established on the Website. Until such approval is received, all correspondence must remain strictly within the Website’s secure environment.

3.2. Any attempt by a User to disclose or solicit personal contact information (including, without limitation, telephone numbers, email addresses, messenger usernames, social media profiles, or physical addresses) prior to approval of a request for contact information constitutes a material breach of this Policy and the Terms of Use. Such conduct may result in restriction, suspension, or permanent termination of the User’s account and may affect the outcome of any complaint, investigation, or refund assessment.

3.3. Following approval of the request for contact information, Users are entitled to communicate at their own discretion, whether through the Website, via the verified email address obtained as a result of the approved request, or through any other mutually agreed method of communication. All off-site communication is conducted entirely at the Users’ own discretion and risk. The Website bears no responsibility for the nature, quality, continuity, or consequences of such communication, nor for any further disclosure or use of contact information once shared in accordance with the Terms of Use.

3.4. Assistance with arranging a first in-person meeting between Users may be provided upon the User’s request, provided that all requirements for requesting the Female Member’s contact information have been fulfilled and/or such request has been duly approved. Any such assistance – including, but not limited to, coordination of meeting details, provision of an interpreter, or arranging airport transfer – is carried out exclusively by representatives of a Local Partner Agency in the Female Member’s region and only where the User travels to the Female Member’s country. All expenses associated with travel, accommodation, transportation, and any related arrangements shall be borne solely by the User.

3.5. The Website does not arrange, organize, supervise, or guarantee meetings, relationships, or outcomes between Users, whether before or after the request for contact information of a Female Member. The Website is not a party, agent, broker, or intermediary to any personal, financial, or other agreements between Users, and no fees paid to the Website are refundable based on the outcome of such independent arrangements, as further reflected in the Terms of Use.

3.6. Any correspondence initiated outside the Website prior to the approval of a request for a Female Member’s contact information, or any personal meetings arranged without the Website’s involvement and/or before the requirements for submitting such a request have been fulfilled, shall be considered undertaken entirely at the User’s own risk. The Website shall not be held liable for any harm, including moral, physical, financial, or reputational damage, resulting from such premature communication or meetings.

3.7. Moving to external messengers, social networks, or third-party websites deprives Users of the moderation, logging, and Anti-Scam protections provided by the Website. Users acknowledge that, where communication takes place outside the Website, the Website may be unable to obtain sufficient verifiable evidence to support claims or complaints, which may affect the outcome of any internal review, investigation, or refund assessment.

3.8. If a User persistently insists on moving the conversation to WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, email, or any other external service, particularly in combination with refusal to engage in video chat or other basic verification measures, such behavior may indicate fraudulent intent and should be reported to Customer Service. Failure to report such behavior does not create any duty or liability for the Company for any resulting off-site communication, interaction, or harm.

4. Profile authenticity verification

4.1. Users are strongly encouraged to verify the authenticity of a User’s profile by using the tools available on the Website, including but not limited to video chat services, photo verification, and other built-in features. Requesting a short video chat or a few recent photographs that clearly identify the person is considered a standard and reasonable precaution.

4.2. If a User consistently refuses to participate in video chat over an extended period without reasonable explanation, this may be treated as a matter of concern and should be reported to Customer Service for review. However, refusal to participate in video chat does not in itself constitute a violation of this Policy where it is reasonably explained by personal circumstances, health conditions, technical limitations, or other legitimate factors.

4.3. Users should exercise caution when relying solely on photographs, written communication, or social media profiles and should not treat any single factor as definitive proof of identity or sincerity. The use of verification tools does not eliminate all risks and does not replace the need for Users to apply sound judgment and general online safety practices.

5. Coercion to leave the Website

5.1. Users are advised to maintain all communication within the Website until a request for the contact information of the selected Female Member has been duly submitted, processed, and approved.

5.2. Any attempt by a User to pressure, persuade, or manipulate another User into leaving the Website prematurely, moving communication to external messengers or third-party websites, or otherwise bypassing the Website’s protective environment shall be treated as a matter of concern and may be reviewed as a potential violation of this Policy and the Terms of Use.

5.3. Such conduct, especially when combined with requests for money, personal data, or financial information, may indicate fraudulent or deceptive intent. Users are strongly encouraged to exercise vigilance and report any suspicious profiles or interactions to Customer Service without delay.

6. Phishing and account protection

6.1. The Website, its Administration, and Customer Service will never request that Users disclose their passwords, verification codes, two-factor authentication codes, or any other confidential authentication data by email, through messengers, via third-party websites, or through unofficial communication channels.

6.2. All official communications concerning account access, verification, or password recovery are conducted exclusively through the Website’s Official Help Center or via the official Customer Service email address specified in the Terms of Use. Any message or request received from sources other than these official channels must be regarded as potentially fraudulent and reported immediately to Customer Service.

6.3. Users must create strong, unique passwords, avoid sharing them with third parties, refrain from logging in from public or shared devices where possible, and follow basic cybersecurity best practices. Additional guidance on account security and safe communication practices may be provided in the Website’s Online Safety section or similar materials.

6.4. The Website bears no responsibility for any loss, data breach, or account compromise resulting from a User’s disclosure of login credentials to unauthorized parties, use of weak passwords, failure to log out from public devices, or other negligent security practices.

7. Identity verification and role of Local Partner Agencies

7.1. The Website cooperates with Local Partner Agencies responsible for screening applications submitted by Female Non-Members wishing to join the Website in search of serious, long-term relationships. These agencies independently carry out identity verification, personal interviews, document checks, and relevant background reviews in order to reduce the risk of fraudulent profiles and to enhance the safety of all Members.

7.2. Local Partner Agencies operate as independent entities and are responsible exclusively for conducting verification of Female Non-Members and Female Members and for processing their Personal Data in accordance with applicable law, recognized data-protection standards, and their internal security regulations. The Company, through its internal Verification Department, reviews and relies on the verification materials and confirmations provided by the Local Partner Agencies when deciding whether to approve and publish a Female Member’s profile on the Website. Local Partner Agencies do not verify or process Personal Data of Male Members on the Website’s behalf. While the Company requires such agencies to maintain high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and security, the agencies’ specific internal procedures are confidential and are not publicly disclosed.

7.3. The verification process for Female Non-Members is conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Website’s Anti-Scam Protection section and may include, among other measures:

  • a personal application and initial registration with a Local Partner Agency;
  • a personal interview;
  • submission and review of identity documentation;
  • checks of marital status and other relevant civil-status information where permitted by law;
  • background checks through reputable dating and Anti-Scam databases;
  • and comparison of photographs and documents to confirm that the person appearing in photographs matches the applicant.

Once the Local Partner Agency has completed its verification, the Company’s internal Verification Department reviews the materials, verifies that the profile information submitted to the Website is accurate, consistent, and complete, and decides whether the Female Member’s profile may be approved and published on the Website.

7.4. Only after successful completion of the required verification stages may a Female Member’s profile be created and published on the Website.

7.5. If any inconsistencies, red flags, or violations are identified during the verification process, the application may be rejected and the profile will not be published. Local Partner Agencies may, where necessary, request additional documentation, conduct further interviews, or decline applications that do not satisfy internal standards or raise concerns.

7.6. Female Members are required to provide truthful and up-to-date information during verification and throughout their participation on the Website. Where the Website or a Local Partner Agency becomes aware that significant information has changed (for example, marital status or place of residence), the Female Member may be asked to provide updated documentation or to undergo re-verification. Failure to cooperate may result in restriction, suspension, or deletion of the profile. For the avoidance of doubt, certain profile data – including, by way of example, hair color, weight, level of language proficiency, occupation, appearance, or other lifestyle-related information – may change over time or may not be mandatory for registration or verification. Differences, updates, or changes in such non-essential profile data do not, in themselves, constitute a breach of the verification process, this Policy, or any other Website Policies, provided that the core identity information remains accurate and truthful.

7.7. Male Members undergo a standard compliance review to ensure adherence to the Website’s Terms of Use and basic eligibility criteria; however, identity documents are not required at registration and no equivalent verification procedure is performed. As a result, the Company cannot guarantee the identity, background, or intentions of Male Members and expressly disclaims any such guarantee.

7.8. Users must understand that, despite the verification measures described above, no system can completely eliminate the risk of error, misrepresentation, or subsequent changes in circumstances. Verification does not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or current at all times, nor does it guarantee that a User will behave lawfully or in good faith. Users remain responsible for exercising caution and sound judgment when communicating with any User, regardless of verification status.

7.9. Users are strongly advised to remain vigilant and cautious of potential fraudulent behavior, especially when someone attempts to move communication to external messengers, requests money or financial data, or refuses basic verification methods such as video chat.

8. Operational measures, moderation, and internal investigations

8.1. Upon detection or reasonable suspicion of violations of the Terms of Use or this Policy, the Website may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • hide, delete, or restrict access to content;
  • temporarily suspend or permanently deactivate an account;
  • initiate profile re-verification upon receipt of complaints or where suspicion arises;
  • limit a User’s ability to send messages, use paid services, or interact with certain features pending review.

8.2. All reports, complaints, and alleged violations are reviewed by the Website’s Verification and Security Department (or a similar internal unit) within the framework of an internal investigation of each specific case. The assessment is carried out on the basis of the information and evidence available to the Company, including materials provided by Users, and is conducted strictly in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

8.3. In accordance with internal regulations and privacy requirements, the Company is not obligated to disclose or provide the operational details, scope, progress, or outcome of any internal investigation. The Company may share limited information at its sole discretion; however, no such disclosure should be expected or assumed. These measures exist to protect the integrity of internal procedures and the privacy and safety of all parties involved.

8.4. Female Member profiles may undergo periodic re-verification procedures conducted by Local Partner Agencies for the purpose of maintaining a high level of Anti-Scam protection for all Users. During such re-verification, a Female Member’s profile may become temporarily inaccessible while the necessary checks, interviews, and verification procedures are carried out. The re-verification process and any resulting temporary unavailability of a Female Member’s profile do not constitute a violation of the Terms of Use or this Policy and should not be interpreted as an indication of fraudulent behavior.

8.5. Where, following an internal review or investigation, the Company reasonably concludes that a User has engaged in inappropriate conduct or activities in breach of this Policy, the Terms of Use, or other Website Policies, the Company may, in exceptional cases and at its sole discretion and without obligation, consider issuing a partial refund to the reporting User. Any such consideration shall be made strictly in accordance with Section 14 of the Terms of Use and does not create any right, entitlement, or legitimate expectation for any User to receive a refund in similar or future cases. The availability of such a partial refund is conditional upon the reporting User providing evidence which the Company, in its absolute discretion, considers sufficiently specific, reliable, and persuasive to substantiate the alleged conduct.

9. Rules of conduct

9.1. All Users are required to conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and honest manner while using the Website and its services. Any conduct that undermines the safety, integrity, or protective environment of the Website may be treated as a violation of this Policy and the Terms of Use.

9.2. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of this Policy and the Terms of Use:

  • requesting, offering, or transferring money or financial information in any form;
  • suggesting or participating in financial transactions, loans, or material exchanges in connection with communication on the Website;
  • pressuring, persuading, or manipulating another User to leave the Website prematurely, especially combined with requests for money or personal data;
  • systematic avoidance of verification measures (including video chat) while simultaneously seeking to move communication off-site;
  • creating or using fake identities, using another person’s photographs without authorization, or impersonating any individual;
  • creating duplicate or alternative accounts, particularly when used for the purpose of harassment, stalking, circumvention of restrictions, concealment of identity, impersonation of another person, or manipulation of other Users;
  • disseminating unsolicited or fraudulent links, phishing content, malware, or any requests for SMS codes, two-factor authentication codes, or access credentials;
  • engaging in harassment, threats, intimidation, blackmail, extortion, “sextortion,” or any similar attempts to obtain personal data, intimate materials, or money through coercion or threat;
  • using the Website to solicit, promote, organize, or facilitate illegal activities, including prostitution, trafficking, or any other form of unlawful exploitation;
  • deliberately providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, verification, or any internal investigation;
  • filing knowingly false or malicious scam reports against other Users.

9.3. The Website reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to treat other conduct not listed above as a violation where such conduct undermines the safety, integrity, or protective purposes of this Policy or the Terms of Use.

9.4. All Users acknowledge that their communication and activity within the Website may be subject to moderation and review in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

9.5. Any breach of this section may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent removal, and may affect the outcome of any complaint, investigation, or refund assessment.

10. Privacy and data security

10.1. Users shall not include, transmit, or otherwise disclose personal or contact information – including but not limited to telephone numbers, email addresses, messenger usernames, social media profiles, physical addresses, or authentication data – in messages, chats, public profile fields, or other services provided on the Website, except as expressly permitted by the procedures for requesting contact information of a Female Member. This restriction applies regardless of the status of such a request.

10.2. Users should exercise discretion when sharing any personal details about themselves, their relatives, or friends, including full names, schools, workplaces, or frequently visited locations. Disclosure of such information may compromise the safety and privacy of the User and other individuals.

10.3. Users are advised to exercise caution when sharing personal information even after a request for contact information has been approved. Any exchange of personal contact details following approval is carried out entirely at the User’s own discretion and risk. The Website bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from such voluntary disclosure.

10.4. The Website, its Administration, and Customer Service do not request passwords, two-factor authentication codes, or any other confidential login credentials via email or external communication channels. Official communications related to account access or verification are conducted exclusively through the Website’s Official Help Center or the official Customer Service email address listed in the Terms of Use.

10.5. All Personal Data are processed in accordance with applicable data-protection laws and the Website’s Privacy Policy. This includes, where applicable, information provided to or obtained from Local Partner Agencies, payment processors, and other third-party service providers used to operate the Website.

10.6. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, harm, damage, or other adverse consequences resulting from a User’s voluntary, intentional, or negligent disclosure of personal data, contact details, financial information, usernames, links, or any other identifying information, whether such disclosure occurs on the Website or outside of it, and irrespective of whether such disclosure constitutes a violation of this Policy or the Terms of Use.

10.7. Users bear sole responsibility for their own independent decisions, actions, communications, and interactions both on the Website and outside of it, including all consequences arising therefrom, regardless of whether personal data or contact information was obtained legitimately on the Website, through misconduct by another User, or via any external source. This clause is intended to be read together with, and as a specific application of, the general responsibility and limitation-of-liability provisions contained in the Terms of Use and shall not be construed as creating any lesser standard of responsibility for Users.

11. Violations and cooperation with investigations

11.1. Any conduct that contravenes this Policy, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy may be considered a violation and may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent removal, as well as refusal of any refund, in accordance with the Website Policies.

11.2. Serious or high-risk violations of this Policy include, without limitation:

  • persistent attempts to move communication to external messengers, social networks, or third-party websites combined with refusal to engage in reasonable verification;
  • dissemination of fraudulent links, phishing content, or requests for SMS codes, one-time passwords, or other authentication data;
  • harassment, stalking, threats, or any form of intimidation directed at Users or their relatives;
  • blackmail, extortion, “sextortion,” or any attempts to obtain personal data, intimate materials, or money through coercion or threat;
  • deliberate submission of false or misleading information during verification or internal investigations;
  • using the Website to solicit or facilitate illegal activities, including any form of exploitation or trafficking.

11.3. Each violation is reviewed individually based on the available data and may lead to immediate and permanent termination of the User’s account without prior notice. In the event of termination or restriction of an account due to a breach of this Policy, the Terms of Use, or other Website Policies, the User shall not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement, or compensation for any fees or Paid Services, in accordance with provisions set out in the Terms of Use.

11.4. The Website reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the severity of any violation and to apply such measures as it deems appropriate in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Use, and applicable law. The Website is not obligated to disclose the internal criteria, assessment methods, or specific reasoning underlying such determinations. Any information that may be shared is provided solely at the Website’s discretion and shall not be expected or assumed.

11.5. Users agree to cooperate, upon reasonable request, with any internal review or investigation carried out by the Website, including by providing truthful information, screenshots, transaction records, and any other relevant evidence in their possession. Failure to provide sufficient materials or to cooperate may result in the case not being reviewed or investigated further. The Website is under no obligation to initiate or pursue an investigation on the basis of a complaint that is not supported by specific and verifiable information or evidence, and any complaint that is vague, generic, unsupported, or internally inconsistent may, at the Website’s sole discretion, be treated as unsubstantiated or unfounded and closed without further action.

11.6. Users acknowledge that certain violations, particularly those involving suspected criminal activity, exploitation, or trafficking, may be reported to competent authorities where required by applicable law. In such cases, the Company may, to the extent permitted by law, share relevant information with law enforcement or regulatory bodies, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Actions and situations not considered scam

12.1. The following situations, behaviors, or circumstances, by themselves, are not regarded as indicators of fraudulent activity or violations of this Policy:

  • a User stops communicating or declines to continue a relationship for personal reasons;
  • a User changes their profile status or availability on the Website;
  • a profile appears consistently active or remains offline for extended periods;
  • negative comments or reviews about a User appearing on external or third-party websites, especially where such websites are not authorized to conduct Anti-Scam verification;
  • a User wearing rings in photographs, including on the ring finger, without additional verified evidence of marital status;
  • a User declining to answer certain questions during communication, as each User retains the right to decide which questions to answer;
  • inclusion of photographs featuring friends, family, or relatives on a User’s social media pages;
  • a User’s profile being present on other dating websites or platforms, provided that no other violations are established.

12.2. While the situations listed above are not automatically considered scam, they may, in combination with other factors, warrant further review. Users are encouraged to report any concerns to Customer Service, providing as much specific information and evidence as possible.

12.3. For the avoidance of doubt, AI MUSE Profiles and AI Interactions, as defined and further described in the Terms of Use, where identified as such on the Website, shall not be treated as Female Members, verified human Users, fraudulent profiles, fake profiles, or scam activity under this Anti-Scam Policy, and shall be governed exclusively by the applicable provisions of the Terms of Use.

13. Liability and limitations

13.1. The Website implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to reduce the risk of fraudulent or unlawful activity; however, Users remain solely responsible for their own actions, decisions, and communications while using the Website and when communicating off-site.

13.2. The Website shall not be held liable for any physical, financial, material, moral, or reputational damage arising from interactions between Users, including voluntary disclosure of personal or financial data, transfers of funds, provision of material benefits, or engagement in off-site communication. This limitation applies irrespective of whether the relevant interactions or events take place on the Website or elsewhere and acknowledges that the Website does not control Users’ personal decisions or relationships and is not responsible for their consequences.

13.3. Users are required to exercise caution and apply general online safety practices, including refraining from sharing sensitive information, transferring money, or providing access credentials to other individuals. Additional guidance on safe behavior may be provided in the Website’s Online Safety section or similar materials.

13.4. The Website reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently remove any account found to be in violation of this Policy or the Website’s Terms of Use, without prior notice or obligation to provide explanation, and without any obligation to refund fees.

13.5. By using the Website, Users acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability described in this section constitute an essential condition of their use of the Website and its services and operate together with the limitations set out in the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

13.6. The Website has no obligation to monitor, supervise, track, intercept, or evaluate any off-site communications, external activities, or use of information voluntarily disclosed by Users, whether such disclosure occurs in compliance with or in violation of this Policy or the Terms of Use. The Website is not required to warn, notify, or otherwise inform Users of potential risks, fraudulent schemes, suspicious behavior, or harmful consequences arising from:

  • their decision to communicate outside the Website’s secure environment;
  • their voluntary disclosure of personal, contact, or financial data to other persons; or
  • their use of links, email addresses, usernames, profiles, or other data obtained from third parties or other Users, whether on or off the Website.

13.7. The Website does not guarantee, and shall not be held responsible for, the safety, authenticity, identity, intentions, or conduct of any person with whom a User chooses to communicate outside the Website. Any expectations of monitoring, protection, warnings, intervention, or preventative notice from the Website in relation to such off-site communication are expressly disclaimed.

14. Final provisions

14.1. Violation of this Policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal without the possibility of reinstatement and without prior notice. The Website determines the nature and severity of any violation at its sole discretion and, where an account is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to a breach of this Policy, the Terms of Use, or any other Website Policies, the User shall not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement, or compensation for any fees, credits, or other Paid Services already purchased or remaining on the account, including any unused portion thereof, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Terms of Use.

14.2. The Website reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notification. Any changes shall become effective upon their publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after such publication shall constitute acceptance of the updated Policy.

14.3. By using the Website, all Users confirm their agreement to comply with this Policy, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy, including all rules governing data protection, confidentiality, Anti-Scam procedures, and internal investigative processes.

14.4. This Policy is drafted in English. In the event of any translation discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
